I hope you’ll love your purchase as much as I loved creating it. But if something isn’t quite right, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and I’ll do my best to make it right.

You’re welcome to return or exchange an item if it’s unused and in its original condition.

Once I’ve received your return, I’ll organise a refund back to your original payment method (shipping costs aren’t refundable).

Custom and commissioned pieces are made especially for you, so I’m not able to accept returns on those.

I send all orders with NZPost Courier, carefully packaged so your piece arrives safely.

Within New Zealand: Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Rural delivery may take a little longer.

International: I’m happy to ship worldwide! Delivery times vary depending on location, but usually take 1–3 weeks. Please note that customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Dispatch time: I aim to send out orders within 2–3 working days. For custom or commissioned pieces, I’ll let you know the timeframe when you place your order.
